I have been gaming since 1988 and gaming is an important part of my life. In 1997, I was introduced to tabletop role-playing games and after that, both playing games and gaming became one of the most important passions of my life. At the same time, I dived into reading many books on fantasy fiction, science fiction, comics and mythology. There was no video game industry in Turkey at that time, but I wanted to use my knowledge and creativity in a field that served the game culture. For this reason, I entered the publishing industry in 2002 and worked as a fantasy fiction, science fiction and comics editor. In this way, I localized many fantasy terms and creature names into Turkish.

At that time, companies producing video games started to be established in the country. I started working as Localization and QA Manager at Joygame, one of the first of these companies. I translated many games into Turkish. Later, while I was working in positions such as Game Designer, Localization Manager, Product Manager, Project Manager and Executive Producer in the game industry, I also gave trainings, gave speeches and consulted studios on concepts such as Game Design, Worldbuilding, Storytelling, Gamification, which I started in 1997 with tabletop games.

Most recently, I am helping indie game studios to develop and market their games. I utilize my more than 20 years of gaming knowledge and experience by consulting game studios from A to Z. I am Mentor at Xsolla, Game Designer at Telazer, Lead Mentor at Lorien Accelerator and I am Strategic Growth Mentor & Game Advisor at Indie Games Startup LLC.
